99.9% Uptime Guarantee
Kenaz Technology Group, LLC guarantees that the network will be available 99.9% of the time during the billing cycle of a server or plan, excluding scheduled maintenance, acts of God, terrorist activity or Denial of Service (DOS) attacks.

The guarantee takes effect if the network is down for more than 44 minutes during a 30 day billing cycle Kenaz Technology Group, LLC will credit the customer 5% of the recurring fee for each 30 minutes of downtime (up to 100% of customer's monthly fee) on the next invoice if downtime exceeds the 99.9% limit.

Network uptime includes functioning of all network infrastructure including routers, switches and cabling, but does not include services or software running on your individual domain.

Network downtime exists when a particular customer is unable to transmit and receive data and Kenaz Technology Group, LLC or associated customer records such failure in the Kenaz Technology Group, LLC trouble ticket system.

Network downtime is measured from the time the trouble ticket is opened by a customer to the time the server is once again able to transmit and receive data. This trouble ticket should include a trace route or other demonstration that network connectivity has been lost. No Guarantee defined anywhere on this website will apply to suspended, delinquent, or accounts in violation of our Terms of Service.
